OPEN POSITION:

Customer Success Manager, eClinical (FTLD-2020-15)

POSITION SUMMARY

Customer Success is critical to Anju’s overall success as an organization. The eClinical Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for supporting the cultivation and maintaining strong relationships that promote retention and loyalty of our eClinical clients. The eClinical CSM will be responsible for ensuring Anju resources have the necessary tools, data and process to engage with customers to drive customer outcomes with focus on renewals and whitespace product expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively engaging and building business relationships with current Anju eClinical customers
  • Collaborating with Customer Success team and identified customer liaisons on customer outreach messaging, planning, preparation and follow-up
  • Coordinating/Leading customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Understanding customer needs and offering insights, solutions and support
  • Advocating for the customer internally with Anju development, operations, and management to deliver product and process solutions to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction/retention
  • Tracking contract renewals and working with business development and customer liaison develop an engagement plan
  • Communicating Customer Success mission, approach, and goals both internally and externally
  • Providing a point of escalation for key customer issues and working with the internal Anju to teams to drive to a resolution
  • Working with Customer Care to identify incident trends
  • Building a mechanism for improved between Customer Care and the customer through improved communication and post-resolution follow-up
  • Ongoing management of eClinical customers in Salesforce, including Customer Success metrics, contacts, engagement, and client information
  • Providing Customer Success leader with necessary status updates
  • Identify product whitespace opportunities and coordinate sales follow-up
  • Attending workshops, trade shows and visit client sites where necessary
  • Developing strategies to exceed eClinical Annual Reoccurring Revenue (ARR) goals
  • Supporting client requests for proposals (RFPs)

SKILLS NEEDED

  • A background Clinical EDC
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with customers
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer metrics
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to proactively expand customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Desire gain and in-depth understanding of company products/services and their position in the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with customers
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

 QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
  • 5+ years of experience with EDC systems
  • Customer success, business development or support experience preferred
