Executive Director - Data Business Solutions (Remote, US)
The Executive Director – Data Business Solutions will serve as the key stakeholder in the growth of the Data Solutions business across their assigned region as well as a subject matter expert (SME) in regards to feasibility; site identification; and patient recruitment. This pivotal role will provide support and expertise for all aspects of the sales and customer development cycle, including: assistance in pre-qualification of potential opportunities, identification of prospect/customer requirements and needs, active participation in RFI/RFP/proposal preparation, define and help deliver tailored product demonstrations; acting as a technical/functional contact for customers and provide additional support as needed to progress the growth of the Data division’s customer base. The right individual will be exceedingly familiar with the pain points inherent to feasibility; site identification; and patient recruitment and comfortable discussing these complexities with biopharmaceutical and CRO clients.
In addition, the role will support Anju’s data division commercial & product strategy by gathering sales and customer feedback, and working closely with sales leadership, product management, product development, and marketing to help ensure the product suite is designed to help clients put together a robust, data-driven operational strategy while also supporting the company’s overall strategy and goals. Assist with product messaging and marketing in collaboration with product management and marketing.
Possess the ability to think consultatively; on the spot; & outside the box, positive attitude and a quick learner knowledgeable in the. A desire to function as an extension of the client partner’s team. Able to quickly establish a sense of trust with clients and staff alike; outstanding character while working within a team environment; excellent communication skills including both listening and presentation skills; self starter; organized; possess compassion for co-workers and clients alike; and the ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance under any circumstance.
