Associate Digital Marketing Coordinator (Remote)


Anju is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various divisions. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Primary responsibilities include marketing automation platform support, digital marketing initiatives, search engine optimization, trade show marketing, and internal communications. In addition, this position will assist the Associate Director of Marketing in the development of sales enablement campaigns and collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to help load-balance and provide assistance as needed on other marketing activities.

Strategic Marketing Planning: Assist in the due diligence and strategic marketing planning processes across all divisions, including digital analysis, market research, campaign ideation.

Digital Marketing: Support execution of full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, including:

  • Landing pages
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Setting up and optimizing workflows
  • Supporting the execution of Paid Media campaign
  • Assistance with website updates and monitoring
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to execute on correcting technical issues
  • Ability to develop short-form content as needed for campaign deliverables

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Assist in pre-and post-event marketing and organization for trade shows, conferences, virtual events, and webinars.

Webinar and Event Planning and Marketing:

  • Monitor KPIs
  • Articulate the narrative behind the numbers
  • Use customer engagement metrics for targeted campaign recommendations
  • 2+ years of experience developing campaign strategies from inception to execution in Paid Search (SEM via Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Deep experience using GA4 for analysis and reporting
  • Experience communicating effectively with creative and technical teams to develop cohesive strategies for campaign execution


  • Creative thinking with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work as part of a team
  • You possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Have at least 2-4 years of professional marketing experience, with 2 of those being in B2B marketing, specifically. As a bonus, SaaS experience preferred, but not required
  • Preferred Skills and Tools: Proficient with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs), marketing automation platforms (Pardot), Microsoft Office tools and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
