Customer Success Manager (Remote, US)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Success Manager position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and explain product value. The Customer Success Manager will play a role in Anju’s continued growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with existing clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Act as the client advocate within the business
- Attend client meetings
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Manage existing client expectations
- Consult on problems and find and manage appropriate resolutions
- Obtain hours quotations to create work authorizations
- Work closely with Project Managers to efficiently allocate resources across entire customer base
- Communicate with existing clients on a periodic basis regarding the Product(s)
- Attend workshops, trade shows and visit client sites where necessary
- Report activities to Senior Customer Success Director and Sr. VP of Sales
- Business travel as directed by management and dictated by customer needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS NEEDED
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to hold teammates accountable
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and represent the company at the highest level
- Knowledge of existing client contracts and industry issues is essential and the ability to negotiate when necessary as required
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business discipline
- Experience managing existing client accounts
- Experience communicating with both customers and the business is essential
- Working knowledge of Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance industry practices
