Talent Acquisition Manger (Ft Lauderdale, FL)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manger will lead the hiring process and will play a critical role in ensuring Anju is hiring the best talent. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with our global recruiting team to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. The Recruitment Manager should be well versed in communicating with employees across all levels within the Company and enjoy working with people.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the global recruitment process
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring manager for Position Requisition signatures
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Proficiency with managing large quantities of incoming resumes
- Ability to conduct both phone and on-site interviews with candidates
- Ability to coordinate both phone and on-site interviews with managers that are both on-site and work remotely.
- Timely candidate follow up interviews scheduled
- Follow and maintain formal recruiting, testing, interviewing process that enables managers to identify the best candidates for each role
- Other duties may be assigned from time-to-time
SKILLS NEEDED
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience using various interview formats, phone, video, in-person
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in Microsoft office, Excel as well as Database management
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Experience with implementing an ATS system
- Experience with front end recruitment cycle
- Experience posting job offerings on various websites
- Experience managing influx of resumes for multiple job openings from multiple sites
- Experience interviewing candidates on the phone and in person
- Experience coordinating on-site interviews with multiple interviewer
- Experience facilitating the on-site interview process
- Experience using Teams to coordinate video interviews a plus
- 5+ years’ of Recruitment working experience
- 2+ years’ experience leading a recruitment team
- Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, biopharma, life sciences and/or software industries
