Paul Sahargun, SVP of Sales for Anju’s eClinical Division, is a champion for diversity and continues to elevate Anju Software through cultural enrichment and organizational execution. A Certified Life Coach, Paul’s belief in community extends beyond Anju. With 25 years in software that’s highlighted with high-performing sales teams, Paul has forged truly strategic relationships with dozens of leading software companies. Paul is a major advocate for change and believes in both people and business development results.   
Trevor Coughlan, CEO & Founder at On-Time Trials, is a technology veteran with over 28 years of leadership experience spanning the global technology, automotive, and clinical trials space. Building on successful global Lean Six Sigma transformational work at Dell, K-Force, and Vistaprint, I applied that know-how and learning to the clinical trials space, leading to the inspiration to initiate a clinical trial effectiveness and acceleration platform and the formation of the company On-Time Trials. 
Lisamarie O’Brien, Business Development at Barrington James, Lisamarie O’Brien began her career working with vulnerable populations over 25 years ago. Being able to impact global health and diversify social opportunities led her to developing programs, creating training seminars, leading teams, and advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and terminal diseases. It became clear during her time as Head of Talent Acquisition, that her passion was fueled by people and helping them find the right role to carry out their dreams. In 2023, Lisamarie transitioned to Business Development for the largest dedicated life sciences recruitment agency.
