Ilene Nelson is a seasoned HR veteran with more than two decades of experience in all areas of human resources. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ilene has experience across a range of life sciences, pharmaceutical, financial services and manufacturing companies. With knowledge in talent/performance management, leadership development, standardization of HR processes, and strategic HR Initiatives, Ilene is an irreplaceable resource at Anju Software.
Ilene holds a law degree from the University of Miami and is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Political Science. Her experience and education have led her to a variety of opportunities and positions, including certifications such as Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI), and Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
