As Anju Software’s Chief Technology Officer, Joe Alea is able to utilize his over 30 years of clinical, healthcare, and data analytics experience. A Strategy, Technology, and Operations Executive, Joe’s innate passion is to be a catalyst in enabling business growth and transformation. Before joining the Anju team, Joe served in multiple executive roles, including Global VP, Development at Oracle/Phase Forward, and Chief Technology Officer of Clinical Ink. With a focus on strategic alignment, architecture, cost containment, and customer satisfaction, Mr. Alea creates real solutions through data and application.
With an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Joe has been able to utilize his education and experience to elevate Anju Software through new technologies and capabilities. Mr. Alea stays up-to-date in his industry via analyst reports, regularly attending conferences, studiously reading competitive info, and keeping an eye on trade magazines. He has personally mentored 7 people to become high-ranking C-Level executives in the industry and is an irreplaceable member of the Anju Software team.
