Suhas is the key technology strategist in providing guidance, driving technology architecture, product delivery and managing hosting and IT solution for all of Anju’s solutions. Suhas is an experienced technology executive with strong expertise in enterprise architecture, product development and technology integration. As part of the Anju team, Suhas has been responsible for integrating technology solutions for over 20 acquired companies. Suhas was formerly the VP Software Services for CGI and Consultant and Engagement Manager for Tata Consulting. Suhas is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, has a master’s degree in computer science, Master of Business Administration with Technology specialization and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Nick’s focus is to spearhead the revenue growth by optimizing our strength in technology, product and operations at Anju. Nick has over 20 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience and a proven track record of sales leadership, market building, strategic partnering and driving business growth across multiple geographic regions (US, EU and Asia), services lines and organizational structures (from PE backed startup to Fortune 500). His CRO experience is equally as impressive and includes senior commercial leadership roles with both Covance and Quintiles / IQVIA. Nick also spent several years in Singapore, where he helped build the Quintiles APAC commercial organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors from University of Wolverhampton, UK and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Plymouth Business School, UK and ESC Toulouse, France.
As Chief Financial Officer, Adam oversees the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, HR, and administrative functions for Anju Software. Adam recently joined Anju from Marlin Equity Partners where he served as a Finance Director responsible for the execution of the strategies and value creation activities at several portfolio companies in the US and Europe. Adam focused on financial oversight, financial due diligence, post-deal implementation, performance improvement, and exit activities as an advisor, a board observer, and an interim executive within the portfolio. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in his over 15 years of experience in the software and technology industries has held other senior leadership positions at 1010data and Ghostery. Mr. Fleming holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting degree from Brigham Young University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Deepak is responsible or Anju’s operations and customer support. This includes professional services to implement Anju solutions and customer support. With over 21 years of experience in Software development and Deployment, Deepak has built and delivered successful products in HealthCare Revenue cycle management space. Deepak has been part of 5 acquisitions to merge operations, Software development and culture to ensure customer centric mindset and help employees cultivate growth mindset. Deepak was formerly the VP of Software Development at Experian Health. Deepak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northern Illinois University college of Business and Master of Science (M.S) degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
As Vice President of Marketing, Rob’s focus is to drive marketing initiatives that position and promote Anju solutions. Rob has over 20 years of experience working with the life sciences and healthcare industries. Throughout that time, he has held several key marketing leadership roles for software technology companies such as Phaseforward, Clinical Ink, Agfa Healthcare, and most recently at BridgeHead software. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Rebecca oversees the financial reporting and treasurer functions for Anju. Working with divisional financial controllers, Rebecca provides overall fiscal controls and planning for the company. Rebecca worked closely with the Anju management team at AFS Technologies prior to joining Anju and has over 15 years of experience in the software and technology industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance.
Kurien is responsible for the overall strategy, direction and vision for Anju. Kurien is an experienced executive having held CEO and CFO positions in several industries over the past 25 years. Having completed over 30 acquisitions, Kurien has successfully negotiated and integrated these companies to ensure optimum customer and shareholder value. Kurien serves on several company boards as an independent Director and is an Executive Partner at Blue Cloud Ventures. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an Advanced Management Certificate from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. Kurien is a graduate of University of Madras.
Mark Emkjer is a health care executive with over 35 years of experience in the provider, health plan and life sciences sectors. He is a seasoned CEO who has created and implemented strategies to significantly improve performance while maximizing shareholder value. He is known in the industry for M & A, turnarounds and rapid growth situations. Mark most recently served as CEO of WebMD Health Services. Mark currently serves on the board of directors at Care Payment, The Rancho Santa Fe Foundation and most recently joined the board of Anju Software Inc. Mark earned a Finance degree from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from the University of Miami, Florida.
Brian St. Jean joined Abry in 2005. He has originated, supervised and sold numerous companies in Abry’s targeted areas. Areas of focus have included data centers, cybersecurity, business services and human capital management. Prior to joining Abry, Brian was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s mergers and acquisitions group focusing on the entertainment, media and communications industries. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with high distinction.
Greg Sheldon joined Abry in 2016. He is responsible for performing the diligence work on new investments, working with portfolio companies and supporting sale transactions. Prior to joining Abry, Greg was a member of the investment team at HGGC. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Barclays and an investment analyst at Prudential Capital. Greg is a graduate of Boston College.
Tyler Wick joined Abry in 2011. Tyler is focused on Abry’s senior equity funds. He has originated, supervised and sold numerous investments in Abry’s targeted sectors. Areas of focus include software, information services, business services and healthcare IT. Prior to joining Abry, Tyler held senior positions at Ticonderoga Capital where he invested in growth-equity and mezzanine investments in software, healthcare, business and information services companies. Prior to Ticonderoga, he served in the investment banking division of Advest. Tyler is a graduate of Amherst College.

As the Senior Vice President of Sales, Reed is responsibilities for developing brand awareness, business development, and revenue generation for the Medical Affairs Division. He oversees all sales initiatives from initial customer contact to completing the customer acquisition and maintenance. Reed has over 10 years of experience within the life sciences industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Springfield College (Mass).
As Vice President Product Strategy, Publication Planning, Kelly brings a nearly 15 year tenure in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors- primarily supporting marketing, medical affairs and publication planning functions within pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology organizations. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Penn State University- Smeal College of Business and has completed several master-level courses in Marketing & Management.
As Vice President Operations, Kristof is responsible for customer outreach, data division operations oversight and direct engagement with the product development team. He holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He started his career working in academia for 4 years and now has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry working directly with ta-Scan customers.
