Lisa is responsible for Anju’s operations and customer success. This includes, professional services to implement Anju solutions, customer support and account management. With over 25 years of experience in software, Lisa has built successful operations to support customer success in large and small companies. She has also been part in 20 acquisitions to merge operations and culture to ensure that customers are primary focus. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Systems.
Suhas is the key technology strategist in providing guidance, driving technology architecture, product delivery and managing hosting and IT solution for all of Anju’s solutions. Suhas is an experienced technology executive with strong expertise in enterprise architecture, product development and technology integration. As part of the Anju team, Suhas has been responsible for integrating technology solutions for over 20 acquired companies. Suhas was formerly the VP Software Services for CGI and Consultant and Engagement Manager for Tata Consulting. Suhas is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, has a master’s degree in computer science, Master of Business Administration with Technology specialization and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Bill’s focus is on accelerating growth by strengthening Anju’s marketing capabilities, advancing product management disciplines, and improving the positioning of the company and its products to the life sciences market. Bill recently joined Anju from Santa Rosa Consulting, where he served for nearly four years as the Chief Strategy Officer with a focus on growing the business through key health IT, business intelligence, and analytics services and solutions. Mr. Leander has held additional C-level and senior leadership positions in his 20+-year tenure in healthcare technology, professional services, and analytics enterprises.
Rebecca oversees the financial reporting and treasurer functions for Anju. Working with divisional financial controllers, Rebecca provides overall fiscal controls and planning for the company. Rebecca worked closely with the Anju management team at AFS Technologies prior to joining Anju and has over 15 years of experience in the software and technology industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance.
Brook Byers is a founding member of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. A venture capital investor since 1972, Brook has been closely involved with more than 60 new technology-based ventures, many of which have become public companies. He formed the first life sciences practice group in the venture capital profession in 1984 and led KPCB to become a premier venture capital firm in the medical, healthcare and biotechnology sectors. KPCB has invested in and helped build more than 110 life sciences companies that have developed hundreds of products to treat underserved medical needs for many millions of patients. Brook graduated from Georgia Tech in electrical engineering and received his MBA from Stanford University.
Joe’s venture capital experience prior to Icon includes a 10-year tenure at U.S. Venture Partners (USVP) from 1982 to 1992 and three years with Exxon Enterprises. At USVP, the first deal that he worked on was the seed financing of Sun Microsystems. In addition to being a General Partner, Joe was a member of USVP’s executive committee. Joe also spent several years successfully building his own venture investment and advisory firm, and then gained valuable operating experience as Chairman & CEO of Geocast Network Systems, a broadband infrastructure company backed by Mayfield, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Institutional Venture Partners. Joe is a graduate from Columbia University and received his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business.
Kurien is responsible for the overall strategy, direction and vision for Anju. Kurien is an experienced executive having held CEO and CFO positions in several industries over the past 25 years. Having completed over 30 acquisitions, Kurien has successfully negotiated and integrated these companies to ensure optimum customer and shareholder value. Kurien serves on several company boards as an independent Director and is an Executive Partner at Blue Cloud Ventures. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an Advanced Management Certificate from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. Kurien is a graduate of University of Madras.
Mark Emkjer is a health care executive with over 35 years of experience in the provider, health plan and life sciences sectors. He is a seasoned CEO who has created and implemented strategies to significantly improve performance while maximizing shareholder value. He is known in the industry for M & A, turnarounds and rapid growth situations. Mark most recently served as CEO of WebMD Health Services. Mark currently serves on the board of directors at Care Payment, The Rancho Santa Fe Foundation and most recently joined the board of Anju Software Inc. Mark earned a Finance degree from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from the University of Miami, Florida.
Brian St. Jean joined Abry in 2005. He has originated, supervised and sold numerous companies in Abry’s targeted areas. Areas of focus have included data centers, cybersecurity, business services and human capital management. Prior to joining Abry, Brian was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s mergers and acquisitions group focusing on the entertainment, media and communications industries. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with high distinction.
Greg Sheldon joined Abry in 2016. He is responsible for performing the diligence work on new investments, working with portfolio companies and supporting sale transactions. Prior to joining Abry, Greg was a member of the investment team at HGGC. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Barclays and an investment analyst at Prudential Capital. Greg is a graduate of Boston College.
Tyler Wick joined Abry in 2011. Tyler is focused on Abry’s senior equity funds. He has originated, supervised and sold numerous investments in Abry’s targeted sectors. Areas of focus include software, information services, business services and healthcare IT. Prior to joining Abry, Tyler held senior positions at Ticonderoga Capital where he invested in growth-equity and mezzanine investments in software, healthcare, business and information services companies. Prior to Ticonderoga, he served in the investment banking division of Advest. Tyler is a graduate of Amherst College.

As the Vice President of Sales, Reed is responsibilities for developing brand awareness, business development, and revenue generation for the Medical Affairs Division. He oversees all sales initiatives from initial customer contact to completing the customer acquisition and maintenance. Reed has 10 years of experience within the life sciences industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Springfield College (Mass).
As Vice President Product Strategy, Publication Planning, Kelly brings a nearly 15 year tenure in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors- primarily supporting marketing, medical affairs and publication planning functions within pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology organizations. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Penn State University- Smeal College of Business and has completed several master-level courses in Marketing & Management.
Piet is responsible for product management of Anju’s Data Division, ranging from end-user products (ta-Scan, Zephyr, PubStrat, OpenQ) to custom large-scale data integration products and projects. He holds a computer science PhD in machine learning and AI from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and worked in academia for a number of years before moving to data applications for the healthcare industry and co-found ta-Scan, which was acquired by Anju in 2018.
Dr. van der Post joined Anju as Chief Commercial Officer, eClinical Division, with the acquisition of OmniComm Systems. He has been working in both the preclinical and clinical development arena for more than 14 years. Prior to joining Anju Software and OmniComm, he worked for Oracle’s Health Sciences Global Business Unit as well as Medidata Solutions. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool (UK) and his Master of Science degree from Salford University (UK). He currently leads OmniComm’s global sales and marketing teams.
Mr. Fontenault joined Anju as Executive Vice President of Operations, eClinical Division, with the acquisition of OmniComm Systems. As a clinical data operations and data systems executive, he brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Prior to joining Anju and OmniComm, Mr. Fontenault was Vice President, Operations at ER Squared, providing strategic eClinical business process and technology change management and adoption services to large and small-sized sponsors and CROs. Prior to ER Squared, Mr. Fontenault was Executive Director and Global Head of Clinical Data Management and Technology at Kendle International (INC Research), where he was responsible for a staff of 500 in 13 locations worldwide.
Kim Rejndrup joined Anju as Senior Vice President-Product Development with the acquisition of OmniComm Systems. Mr. Rejndrup spent about 20 years at Oracle Corporation, where he was a vice president of development for many clinical research applications, including systems for electronic data capture (EDC), clinical trials management, data management, medical coding and data warehousing. His experience drove OmniComm’s products to new levels of innovation and will continue that momentum with Anju.
As Vice President Operations, James is responsible for customer outreach, medical affairs operations oversight and direct engagement with the product development team. During James’ 20 years of management consulting experience, he has partnered with senior leadership from several Top-20 to drive transformational initiatives including Pharmacovigilance, Product Quality and Medical Information case management optimization, launching a global Direct-to-HCP marketing program and developing an IT strategy associated with a $1B divestiture. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
As Vice President Operations, Kristof is responsible for customer outreach, data division operations oversight and direct engagement with the product development team. He holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He started his career working in academia for 4 years and now has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry working directly with ta-Scan customers.
